How we build
Software held to a standard, not a scope.
Most of what makes software fragile is not the hard part. It is accumulated weight: dependencies nobody chose on purpose, shortcuts that outlived the deadline that caused them, updates too risky to make. We hold our own products to a higher bar than that, and we build everything else the same way.
Ships fast
Small scope, short feedback loops. Working software in weeks — not a specification document that is still being reviewed in month three.
No bloat
A dependency earns its place or it does not go in. Fewer moving parts is fewer things to break, and fewer things for anyone to learn later.
